win10 nginx奇怪的问题

Question

win10配置nginx（版本1.24.0）访问本地图片
输入http://localhost:8081/image/abc.jpg返回404
输入http://localhost:8081/abc.jpg访问成功

下面这张截图显示能看到abc.jpg文件，但点击就是404
还有desktop.ini以及下面的2个乱码文件在桌面根本没有，显示隐藏文件也没有，但是点击能下载
请问这是什么情况？
