I'm using ld+json format to provide Job Posting Schema for Google. Now I'm trying to get the post_content for the description, but I need a bit of formatting for the job posting, like strong tags and ul's. Unfortunately the database table post_content only contains markup tags like headlines, p, a but no strong and list tags. Is there a way that ul and strong tags also get saved into the database table?
This is how I get the post_content:
