I'm building a jquery mobile app with Cordova. I've tried using push notifications which is working properly, I send the message via a php curl script. My problem is when the push notificaton comes and the user taps the message in the notification tray, I want the app to redirect to a specific page called detail but I don't know how to achieve it.
With my current script when the user taps on the notification it opens the index page of the app.

I read an article on the web and someone said in other for that to happen i need to send a particular id in the curl that will be recieved by the app and then i save that id in a localstorage and that could do the trick. Please can someone help me out
