PHP脚本连接SQL时出错[关闭]

I am trying to make a news system, and I am getting an error on line 4 for the connect.php, which is supposed to connect to the database. Any ideas what the error is?

    } catch (PDOException $e) {
        exit('Database error.');
    }

Remove the ' before finessec_cms
