I know if all of them not null express in this way:

if($a!="" && $b!="" && $c!="")

But if either 2 of them not null then go into the true caluse

if($a!="" && $b!="" && $c!=""){

}else if(either 2 are not null){
**do another things here**
}

How to express it?
