I am going to make pagination in my webpage. I want to know that Which is Most Efficient

"SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 10,10"

OR

"SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 10 OFFSET 10"

Is there any difference, if Yes, which is more better and more efficient?

There is no difference. The offset syntax is offered to be compatible with postgres. See man page

For compatibility with PostgreSQL, MySQL also supports the LIMIT row_count OFFSET offset syntax.
