如何在数据库列中插入td的值

Im making a MBWA monitoring, and I want to make a database for the records per day, but I don't know how to achieve it.

Here's the example : 'X' - No findings 'O' - With Findings

       QUESTIONS                          Day1    Day2    Day3     Day4       Day5

1.Is there anyone singing while working?    X      O         


2.Is the office noisy because of chatting?   X     X

Thanks in advance.

What I want is to insert the TD values in Day1 in column DAY1(in database) and same with DAY2, DAY3....

Since the monitoring is done per day every month....

ps. Leaders will be the one to input remarks(X and O).

A way to do this is to have in the database table all set to 0 and do an update to X where needed to the certain day and question.
