htaccess没有读取内部目录

Question

I have a project and directory structure is

|project-root
|--.htacess
|--directory_1
|----.htaccess
|--directory_2
|----.htaccess

.htaccess on root cotains the following content

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
        RewriteEngine On
        RewriteBase /project-root/
        RewriteRule ^(.*)$ directory_1/$1 [L]
</IfModule>

and .htaccess of direcotry_1 contain the following content

<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule (.*) http://www.yahoo.com/$1 [R=301,L]
RewriteBase /project_root/
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ directory_2/$1 [L]


</IfModule>

When I hit the URL i.e. http://myproejct.local, it gives me 500 error but there is nothing in the logs. RewriteRule (.*) http://www.yahoo.com/$1 [R=301,L] is just to verify if .htaccess is workig on not.
