I am using the payment method of the Post Office (Correios - Brazil) and it makes the queries via webservice. It turns out that the service always drops and this causes the store to lose sales, so I thought about enabling fixed value (tablerate) only when the webservice is down.
Anyone have an idea of what would be the best way forward?
Do I have to leave fixed value enabled or enabled via code when the webservice is Offline?
