无法解析特定PC上的WSDL

Question

I'm creating connection with WSDL file, which I have on server. Yesterday it worked fine, but today I can't connect to it and getting this error:

SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'https://myurl/example.asmx?WSDL' : failed to load external entity "https://myurl/example.asmx?WSDL"

It works fine on others PC's.

My code:
