I am probably missing something obvious because my purpose is pretty straight forward:
I have a web server with a PHP login/account system/Forums all using a MySQL database.
I simply want to be able to communicate either with the Sign Up/Login page on my web server OR directly with SQL DB.
Can someone point me in the right direction for this?
I am feeling rather clueless as many of the questions on here of this nature either have broken links or provide answers that are far over my head.
(I am a native Java developer and am rather new to JS so go easy on me)
