如何修复php添加标题（'X-Archive-Files：zip'）但是得到nginx 502错误？

Question

I have add module zip_mod to nginx,wish download zip file,and when I add header('X-Archive-Files: zip'); in php,But the request resopnsed with 502 bad way.Any suggest?

I have check the nginx error.log and no record about it.And when I remove header('X-Archive-Files: zip');, there is no error,but can't get zip file.
