I made the mistake of not including
$encoded_fname = base64_encode($file);
in my file upload and now there are more than 180 entities on the server from my clients they are stored on a file that I have access to but my boss wants it to be shown in a web page I have it all the info in a table and a
<a href="../../../../images/{{$initiative->image}}" download="{{$initiative->image}}">
to show it but when I click on the button the files that are named in arabic show like this in the url /تطبيق%20الصيف.pdf
and in the page its like this
The requested URL /images/تطبيق الصيÙ.pdf was not found on this server.
