I created a form with Formidable and with the "break page" system.
But I have an issue. At the beginning of my form I have a list with radio buttons who the user can chooses his profession. According to this choice, some profession got additional questions.
Example : I choose that I'm a pharmacist I got 8 questions. And if I choose than I'm biologist I got 6 questions. The two next questions are conditional (for pharmacist).
The problem is if I choose that I'm biologist and I'm at the last question (question number 6). The submit button display "Next question" again.
So I try to change the label of the button according to the number of the current page and the choice of my profession.
add_filter('frm_submit_button', 'change_my_submit_button_label', 10, 2);
function change_my_submit_button_label($label, $form) {
if ($_POST['item_meta'][8] === 'Biologist') {
$label = 'Results'; //Change this text to the new Submit button label
return $label;
}
}
That's work fine but I need to add a condition to compare with the number of the current page too.
if page === 8 for example.
Formidable give an URL like that :
www.myurl.com/?frm_page=8
I tried to add this in my condition : $_GET['frm_page'] === 8
without success.

Thank you in advance
