Php，找不到.ini文件[重复]

I am trying to make a login page with PHP and mySQL. I have a .ini file with the database configuration like the host name, password, database name etc. But when I try to call that file it says it doesn't exist.

I already tried to move the ini file to another location but that didn't work.

This is the code I use to call the .ini file and it is written in the file config.inc.php

$config = parse_ini_file("../../config.ini", true);

and this is the error message I get:

Warning: parse_ini_file(../../config.ini): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\xampp\htdocs\school\pw5\website\keuzedeelSite\includes\config.inc.php on line 2
