I have a simple many to many relationship with news and category.When I try to make a query to select all posts from a category, something went wrong and nothing appears.

You're not doing a mysql_fetch for the result set. mysql_query does not return the result array. You need to do something like

$query = 'Select * from ....';
$res = mysqli_query($query);
while($dbData = mysqli_fetch_array($res))
{
      $resultarr2[] = $dbData;
}
