esp32cam这样是商家骗我吗

我购买的这款esp32cam+ov2640跑不了jpeg格式的输出 只能先原始图像再转换 很卡 耗cpu 我使用jpeg格式输出时 会出现这样的报错

但是商家是说支持的

    报错已很明确:传感器当前不支持JPEG,且官方webserver示例也失败,基本可排除程序问题。优先核对实际摄像头型号、排线接触和板型定义;若实物标OV2640仍不支持,可认定与商家宣传不符。
