I am wondering if it is possible to create a simple member system and forum (both by using PHP/MySQL) functioning together without page refresh. With that told then I was thinking mostly on jQuery/AJAX solutions in order to manage this.
I was searching through the whole Internet about it and there were some infos about it (if I am being honest), but they didn't tell me so much about (for instance) how to make so the complete member system (by loging in, registering, loging out, commenting in the forum etc.) works without page refreshing or how to create a AJAX/PHP powered forum. They were not directing to that topic.
I would be glad to hear some infos from you about this and perhaps links to tutorials (or scripts) that lead so I can succeed with this task. If they BOTH cannot work together, then I would be glad if at least either of them will work when I am using it on my own website.
