PHP error_reporting E_NOTICE关闭，现在弹出警告

I am trying to get rid of lots of Notice errors in our Windows server 2003 database. I already changed the error_reporting to E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE. But every time I set the value to ignore the Notice errors it gives me two pop-ups on the page without any text. I can close these pop-ups and the database works fine then. It is just so frustrating that I have to close those two pop-ups every time a page loads. Can anyone tell me how to stop those two pop-ups from showing?
