I have two option lists: 1st is Country the 2nd is cities. If user select a country like Pakistan then the 2nd list should show only the Pakistani Cities name.

Your question is too vague to give a concrete answer, but in general you should start thinking about the data structures at this point.

The list of cities needs to be tied to the countries in some way.

Think a bit about how you want to do that, or possibly how you have it already, and use that as basis for a new, more concrete question.
