如何在gae中修复“ internal.flushLog：刷新RPC：服务桥返回HTTP 400”

Question

I am getting the following issue in my GAE environment with Go

internal.flushLog: Flush RPC: service bridge returned HTTP 400 ("App Engine APIs over the Service Bridge are disabled. If they are required, enable them by setting the following to your app.yaml: beta_settings: enable_app_engine_apis: true ")

I am having trouble trailing this log file back to where it was triggered from on the server.

My log files have been littered with this... 100's every second and it's causing my server to perform slow.
