eclipse 中创建Maven 报错，求解决方案

你去本地的repository看看是不是没下到maven-compiler-plugin:3.1
例如
D:\Repositories\Maven\org\apache\maven\plugins\maven-compiler-plugin\3.1
在该仓库路径下应该有
maven-compiler-plugin-3.1.jar 和 maven-compiler-plugin-3.1.pom

如果不存在，建议把该文件下删除，重新触发下载一遍。
