初学spring，关于配置

Question

使用的工具是myeclipse 2016 CI，在开发spring项目时，对项目配置beans.xml时，已经引入了约束，有的时候会在编辑窗口有智能提示约束，有的时候又不会出现智能提示，有的时候出来的提示又不一样，（引入的约束文件都是一样的），烦恼了很久。但是同样的约束在eclipse下，提示可以全部弹出，（很苦恼）。求问怎样解决。

也使用过本地离线约束，还是不行。电脑也联网着呢
