e) Then calculate the bitrate contribution of the MVs for a motion compensation scheme using (5 x 5)-pixel blocks and a vertical as well as horizontal MV-search scope of [-4 ... +3] pixels.
f) Then recalculate the bitrate for a motion-compensation scheme employing (10 x 10)-pixel blocks and a vertical as well as horizontal MVsearch
scope of [-4 ... +3] pixels.
h) Assuming that Quad-Tree (QT) coding of the MCER is carried out using
a total of 20 bits for each (10 x 10)-pixel block, calculate the total number of bits required for encoding the MCER.
i) Finally, based on the above-mentioned (10 x 10)-pixel blocks, calculate
the total bit rate generated at 20 frames/s, when relying on your MVaided-motion compensated and QT-assisted design and contrast it to the (5 x 5)-pixel based design.
