security is the PROT command. As defined, there are four values
that the PROT command parameter can take.

        'C' - Clear - neither Integrity nor Privacy

        'S' - Safe - Integrity without Privacy

        'E' - Confidential - Privacy without Integrity

        'P' - Private - Integrity and Privacy
