不理解github上的开源条款，不敢用，谁可以解释下么

主要是这一句
If no commercial license has been purchased, the library may only be used by non-profit companies that may not earn or derive any other benefits (direct or indirect) in any way.
想做个内部使用的项目流程管理系统，想用这个做个甘特图，是不是也算违反协议？这样说来只要是公司使用就必须购买？基本上没有公司不盈利的吧。
