上传 iOS App 到 App Store 遇到问题。

网上很多教程说是 iTMSTransporter 问题，前几天处理过一次，可以提交了，当时有个警告说 iTMSTransporter 三天后升级。现在突然又不能上传了，手动启动 iTMSTransporter 也报这个问题。说是什么证书的问题，这个证书怎么弄呢？
现在电脑不支持升级了，不能升级到 xcode13，跟这个有关系吗？
