问题遇到的现象和发生背景
启动vue项目时，出现该错误，这个问题的原因在查询后发现需要安装node-sass，在安装node-sass时，出现下面错误，不知道怎么解决，安装了Python的环境也没有用，是我思路错了还是别的原因
