2. Set PROTOCOL_BUFFERS_PYTHON_IMPLEMENTATION=python (but this will use pure-Python parsing and will be much slower).

我也是 今天突然就有这个问题了 吓死
然后 现在找到问题的所在了

解决方法：

在当前conda环境下

pip uninstall protobuf

然后

pip install protobuf==3.19.0

再然后就可以了
