Load Logback Configuration of Nacos fail, message: org/slf4j/impl/StaticLoggerBinder

Question

我今天准备加入一个从零搭建一个SpringCloud Alibaba微服务架构，我引入了Nacos的服务注册与发现依赖：

启动项目时控制台打印：

我想请教一下Nacos默认加载的Logback 文件在哪里，如何解决这个问题？

我不知道在哪里去寻找这个问题的解答，我尝试了很多平台去寻找答案，但是都没有找到理想的答案，希望能在这里找到满意的答案!
