recently i created self-signed ssl certificate following this tutorial: DigitalOcean self-signed SSL

here is my .htaccess file in laravel/public directory:

everything works well in main page but when i try to visit other routes it return

The requested URL /about was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at example.com Port 443

i'm using Laravel 5.6 , Apache 2.4.18 , PHP 7.1.12
