使用PHP上传图像并将其显示在另一页上？ [关闭]

So I was wondering how to make an upload picture system using html and php and then when uploaded show it on another page. Basicly I am asking how to upload an image and then auto make a page with a template and put that picture in the newly made page.

On the first page:

1. Have the user upload the image using a <form>
2. Submit the form.
3. Treat it in PHP and save the image to a directory.
4. Save where the image is saved (path) in the database.

Then in your next page:

1. Query the database to get the image string.
2. Display it in your page.
