Htaccess主文件夹的一条规则和子文件夹的第二条规则？

Question

I am rebuilding my website and it's very important for me to keep old code in subfolder. Now what my problem is that i am using rewrite rule for new version which is in parent document and my subfolder gets rewritten as well.

So new code is in parent path and this is rule for it:

Parent folder .htaccess;
RewriteEngine On;
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/index;
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f;
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?sn=$1 [L,QSA];

Is there any way i can have different rewrite rule (similar to this) for subfolder?
