Question

I tried to use this code to display the term before the last (last= most recently added) to show automatically the link of previous issue of my publications:

if ( ! empty( $terms ) && ! is_wp_error( $terms ) ) {
    $count = count( $terms );
    $i = 0;

but it didn't work. it shows

Any suggestions please?
