Drupal安装期间出错？

I'm having issues installing drupal. So far, I've followed all of the instructions on https://www.drupal.org/node/114493 but I get to step 6 and get this error,

Warning: require_once(C:\wamp\www\drupal/includes/bootstrap.inc): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\www\drupal\index.php on line 19

I don't know what the issue is, or how how to fix it. Could someone please help me with this?
