I have a question regarding SEO, when you use the .load functionality in jQuery.

A quick SEO help required in the .load functionality in jQuery. When you load a document which refers to the href value on the link you have clicked.

For example like this where the folder name are stored in …/ajax mentioned in <a> tag as below

<a href="ajax/product.html">test</a>var thelink = $(this).attr('href');
$('#content').load(thelink);

Or you can load a document by adding the folder name of your html documents in your jQuery and not in your <a> tag.

<a href="product.html">test</a> $('#content').load('ajax/test.html');

Can you guide me which method will be the most SEO friendly. Anyone has any good knowledge about this?

Both the methods seem to be fine for me and you can test both of them. Google search bot is able to execute AJAX to index the contents of it.

We already used this in my company site for Tauruswebsolutions.
