I have some monitoring software that executes php scripts via windows command line when servers crash. I have been noticing when multiple servers crash at one time, only 1 php script actually runs. The monitoring software executes 1 instance of the script for each server that is down. So when 5 servers crash at the same time 5 php scripts are run simultaneously, but only the first one actually succeeds. I am running php-5.3.5-nts-Win32-VC9-x86 on Windows 2008 RC2 with IIS 7.5.7600
