hibernate 使用update方法时出现异常：org.hibernate.StaleStateException: Batch update retu

我就是想从数据库（mysql）中查出对象后，更改它的一些属性，用update方法更新这个对象，就抛出上面一大堆异常！这是怎么回事啊？
异常如下：

    你这应该是对象 不是在同一个session中管理所以导致这种错误
