Call to a member function assign() on

Question

在rms_report_function.php中调用get_rms_report函数，没有问题，我写了另一个php，代码如下：
require(DIR_ROOT.DIR_RMS.'rms_report/rms_report_function.php');
$shop_array = array();

$shop_array = get_rms_report('002');

echo json_encode($shop_array);
然后就报错：
Fatal error: Call to a member function assign() on a non-object in
这种情况该怎么解决呢？
