如题，条件有限，只能离线安装在anaconda的base环境里，
下载了cuda10.1版本的pytorch的.whl文件，放在了script文件夹里
pip install torch-1.6.0+cu101-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl后报错如下：
no matching distribution found for future(from torch=1.6.0+cu101)
cant find a version that satified the requirement future(from torch ==1.6.0+101)
