arduino nano只有打开串口监视器才能让ps2手柄控制电机,为什么呢?

就是一个用ps2手柄控制小车移动的程序,问题应该不是出在程序上……是只有打开串口监视器,才能通讯。
百度了一波不止我出现过这个问题,但是也没有看到很明确的解决方案……
