CoordinatorLayout嵌套AppBarLayout嵌套RecyclerView滑动不了

Question

CoordinatorLayout嵌套AppBarLayout嵌套RecyclerView滑动不了
除了设置nestedScrollingEnabled之外还有别的方法吗？
我想弄成RecyclerView滑到顶部或者底部能调用CoordinatorLayout滑动
