锚点链接无法在iPad和iPhone上运行

Question

Issue:

1. Add a product to cart from this page here, then proceed to step 2
2. On cart page here there is a button called "Vis Fraktmetoder" (show shipping methods) under point 2. This button is not working on iPhone and iPad

What I have tried:

1. Remove the button and create a button with same id (did not work)
2. Replace the button with a normal <a href="#"> without the id (worked, but then the main functionality for the button won't work)
3. Tried to add z-index to the button, in case something is overlapping the button (did not work)
