Example:
public function a($a, $b){
}
a(); // warning: missing arguments. why no fatal error???
If I try to force a fatal error
public function a($a, $b){
if(!$a || !$b) // <- notice undefined variable. wtf?
throw new exception('!!!');
}
a();
