I'm currently using Video.js to play my custom generated .m3u8 playlist.
The problem is that I can't play a same fragment multiple times. An example of my playlist is this:

#EXT-X-VERSION:3
#EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE:FALSE
#EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:21
#EXTINF:1,
offline_screen.ts
#EXTINF:1,
offline_screen.ts
#EXTINF:1,
offline_screen.ts
This will play for 1 second (it should play 3), and after that second it will only show the loading bar.
How can I play an fragment multiple times (without generating a new .ts file that's longer)?
