为什么我的XAMPP Apache中运行了很多端口（54XXX）？

I've been experiencing slowness in my XAMPP on Windows 10. I tried most tricks on this site like and improvements were minute. One thing I noticed is that there seem to be many ports running in my Apache, https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqjlIaORb6 is this normal?

And my CPU fan goes blazing fast (wwwooosssshhh sound) when I start my Apache/MySQL.
