I have set read and write permission for user IURS on all my files and folder but whenever i upload a file using move_uploaded_file, the user IURS is not added to the ACCESS CONTROL LIST thus giving me an error:
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized
You do not have permission to view this directory or page because of the
access control list (ACL) configuration or encryption settings for this
resource on the Web server.
It's very frustrating having to upload many files and then going to add the user IURS manually to grant permission on those files before I can access them. Is there any function to explicitly add user to each file created by move_uploaded_file?
This is basically on IIS 7.5.
