获取错误：在drupal7中的CRM_Utils_System :: url（）CiviCRM中调用null上的成员函数url（）

Question

I have installed drupal 7 and then installed module civiCRM and Now getting error when I click on people menu:

Error: Call to a member function url() on null in CRM_Utils_System::url()  (line 296 of /xxxxx/drupal70/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php).

I have spend lot of time on google search and try to contact with civiCRM repo owner but could not get any good response and solution.
