PHP梨安装循环没有完成

Question

I'm setting up php pear for a project that I am working on. I used windows 10 wamp server 3.1.7 with php 5.6.4. after runing php go-pear.phar installation continues until this point

Below is a suggested file layout for your new PEAR installation.  To
change individual locations, type the number in front of the
directory.  Type 'all' to change all of them or simply press Enter to
accept these locations.

After this point whatever I input it loops to the same menu without finishing the installation.
how can I fix this problem ?
