(No matter if in PHP, Apache, Nginx)

I need something like reverse proxy but for custom urls everytime.

It works, but I have one problem. When i try put url http://example.com/proxy?url=https://s.2.dl.xxxx.com/3.. in VLC Player it works, but in Web Player it doesnt work.
I need to Player on the site, managed to take and load Video (mp4) via URL Proxy
